Founder of gaming giant Ubisoft killed in France plane crash 15h ago

Claude Guillemot, a co-founder of Ubisoft, died in a plane crash Friday evening near La Baule-Escoublac Airport on France’s Atlantic coast, authorities confirmed Saturday. The twin-motor Cessna 421 carried Guillemot and a flight instructor, both licensed and experienced pilots, according to Mayor Franck Louvrier. The aircraft came down in a field just before landing, an airport official told the Associated Press. An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
