At approximately 3:30 PM today, the driver of a Citybus Route 969 double-decker bus traveling from the Morton Terrace Terminus in Causeway Bay to Tin Shui Wai was notified by a passenger that a needle had been found in the rear seats of the lower deck while driving along Hennessy Road in Wan Chai. The driver immediately notified the bus operations control center and reported the incident to the police following established guidelines. Upon arrival, police recovered a sewing needle approximately 6 centimeters long from the bus.
