Prince Harry will no longer bring Meghan, kids to London on UK trip 05.07.2026

Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has decided that Duchess Meghan and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will not accompany him during the London portion of his upcoming United Kingdom visit. A representative confirmed the decision on Saturday, July 4, citing ongoing discussions regarding security arrangements for the family. While the family may reunite for engagements in northern England, the London segment will be solo for Harry. This decision follows the confirmation that the Sussexes will not receive taxpayer-funded police security during the five-day trip. Although the couple recently accepted King Charles's offer to stay in an undisclosed royal residence, Harry has consistently expressed concerns that the lack of proportionate protective security throughout the entire visit poses a significant risk to his family's safety.
