Moussa has publicly expressed strong support for President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi's recent directive to prepare a national program for local council elections. Writing on Facebook, Moussa emphasized that revitalizing political parties and enabling them to represent citizens effectively is crucial for Egypt's political awakening. He argued that these elections serve as a vital cornerstone for building genuine political life, acting as a training ground for future leaders and strengthening the link between citizens and local decision-making. Moussa stressed that holding these elections is a constitutional obligation essential for ensuring state stability and social cohesion. Additionally, during an inauguration in the New Capital, President El-Sisi called for more objective media dialogue and instructed Minister Diaa Rashwan to coordinate an annual media assessment conference, tentatively set for December 3, to foster public awareness and development.
