He argued that these elections serve as a vital cornerstone for building genuine political life, acting as a training ground for future leaders and strengthening the link between citizens and local decision-making. Moussa stressed that holding these elections is a constitutional obligation essential for ensuring state stability and social cohesion. Additionally, during an inauguration in the New Capital, President El-Sisi called for more objective media dialogue and instructed Minister Diaa Rashwan to coordinate an annual media assessment conference, tentatively set for December 3, to foster public awareness and development.
