This claim, which suggests superior fiscal management by Vice President Sara Duterte, has been debunked by official data. According to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) 2024 Agency Performance Review, the OVP received a score of 4.50 out of 5.00, resulting in a "Very Satisfactory" rating. The DBM noted that procurement issues and late billing submissions impacted the OVP's performance. Furthermore, the OVP was not the only agency to achieve a perfect score; fourteen out of 304 agencies reached that milestone. These false claims often circulate alongside disinformation regarding the impeachment efforts against the Vice President.
