Embraer's E2 program is experiencing a significant boost as the Farnborough International Airshow approaches. On June 5, 2026, US lessor Azorra expanded its firm E195-E2 order from 39 to 54 aircraft, adding approximately US$500 million to Embraer's backlog. This marks the third increase to Azorra's original December 2021 order and includes purchase rights for 15 additional jets. The announcement pushed Embraer's shares up nearly 5% on the São Paulo exchange and pushed total E2 program orders past 500 aircraft, with over 200 already in operation across 24 airlines.
