North Korea has installed screens around its Panmungak building inside the inter-Korean truce village of Panmunjom to block it from public view, military sources confirmed Monday. The screens, erected in April, cover the facility located on the northern side of the Joint Security Area (JSA), and appear to be part of ongoing renovation efforts. This is not the first time the North has used screens for such work, as similar measures were taken in the past.
