He pleaded not guilty. The case stems from a report filed on July 28, after the woman, who is around two months pregnant and has a five-year-old son, left their shared residence following an argument on July 27. The following day, she received messages from Dalli about the pregnancy, including one where he allegedly stated he was prepared to "spill his own blood" for the child.
