Fuel tanker driver Nor Azlan Mahayudin, 37, claimed trial at the Temerloh magistrate's court on Monday to two charges of dangerous driving resulting in the deaths of Nur Fatimah Syuhada Abdullah, 39, and her 12-year-old son, Muhamad Fattah Aisy Nuafal Saifulnizam. The incident occurred at Km9 of Jalan Temerloh-Triang around 4pm on August 14. The accused pleaded not guilty before magistrate Anis Adlina Abu Johan after the charges were read separately.
