The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) has warned of significant traffic disruptions around 10bet Ellis Park Stadium on Saturday, August 22, when the Springboks face New Zealand in a rugby match. A substantial number of officers will be deployed to the New Doornfontein area from 6am until 11pm on match day to ensure safety and facilitate smooth traffic flow, according to JMPD Superintendent Xolani Fihla. Outsurance/Traffic Free Flow personnel will also assist with traffic control at critical intersections leading to the stadium.
