Kiambu County is poised to claim the title of the tallest building outside Nairobi with the proposed construction of Jabali Towers in Tatu City, Ruiru. The mixed-use development, estimated to cost Sh7.09 billion, will feature two high-rise residential towers on a 9,518-square-metre plot within Tatu Central's CBD. The taller tower will rise 136.8 metres with 30 floors, while the shorter one will reach 99.1 metres with 20 floors. If completed, it will surpass all other buildings outside Nairobi, though it will still be shorter than Nairobi's Britam Tower (31 floors) and GTC Office Tower (184 metres, 43 floors).
