Loblaws City Market is set to open its third Vancouver location, a 22,000 sq. ft. store, on Friday, June 26, 2026, in The Stories tower at 1461 West Broadway. This mixed-use development, the tallest building on the Broadway corridor, also houses the entrance to SkyTrain's future South Granville Station, which is slated for a late 2027 opening. The grocery store will occupy most of the building's second level and a small portion of the ground floor, with other retail spaces and a cafe also planned for the base. The tower, developed by PCI Developments, includes office space leased by Nicola Wealth Management and 226 rental homes.
