The Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension is driving early development proposals in Surrey's Clayton area, even before the city's Clayton Corridor Plan is finalized in 2027. LionEstate Construction has submitted an application to redevelop 7086 184 St., a one-acre property currently occupied by a single-family house built in 1979. The site is a four-minute walk north of the future Hillcrest-184 Street Station on Fraser Highway.
