Renault is set to revive its iconic Espace MPV for the electric era, teasing a prototype five-seater called the 'R-Space' that draws inspiration from its predecessors. Designed under the "cars for life" philosophy, the R-Space features a highly flexible, modular cabin with movable rear seats, aiming to maximize interior space within a 4.5-meter length. This reimagined MPV is part of Renault Group's ambitious 36-model offensive by 2030, building on the success of its retro-inspired electric Renault 5. The R-Space's design includes a panoramic dashboard screen reminiscent of late 1990s and early 2000s Renault MPVs, signaling a blend of heritage and future-forward electric mobility.
