Armenian athletes achieved significant success at the 13th IFMA International Antalya Muay Thai Open Cup 2026, held from March 25-29 in Kemer, Antalya, Turkey. Arayik Brutyan secured a gold medal in the 52 kg youth division, notably defeating an Azerbaijani opponent via technical knockout in the final match. Gor Hakobyan contributed a bronze medal to Armenia's tally in the 67 kg under-18 youth division, having previously defeated a Turkish competitor before his semifinal loss to a Belgian representative. The tournament saw participation from 401 athletes across 25 delegations, highlighting the international scope of the event.
