Bukit Timah freehold mixed-use property linked to Indonesian billionaire listed at S$118 million 01.04.2026

A freehold mixed-use property in Bukit Timah, Singapore, linked to Indonesian billionaire Sukanto Tanoto, has been listed for sale at an indicative price of S$118 million. The site, located at 551-553 Bukit Timah Road and 6-8B Duke’s Road, spans approximately 18,512 sq ft and is zoned for both commercial and residential use, with existing planning approval for a five-storey redevelopment. The property is currently fully leased to well-known tenants, including Atlas Coffeehouse and The Assembly Place, offering immediate rental income. This offering is notable due to the rarity of freehold mixed-use redevelopment sites in prime District 10, with marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield highlighting the limited supply of new retail developments in the area. The property was acquired in 2021 by an affiliate of Pacific Eagle Real Estate, the Tanoto family's private real estate investment arm.
