The Inspire Foundation in Malta has secured a 50-year lease extension for its Bulebel facilities through an agreement with the Lands Authority. This long-term stability is crucial for the NGO, which supports over 1,000 individuals with learning, physical, and developmental disabilities across Malta and Gozo. The Bulebel site hosts specialized educational services, particularly for children with autism and profound learning difficulties. Minister for Lands Owen Bonnici highlighted the agreement as a community investment, facilitated by the Lands Authority’s 50-year emphyteusis scheme designed to convert temporary government concessions into enduring titles, ensuring a future for the foundation.
