Daim's daughter to be charged at KL Court tomorrow 06.04.2026

Asnida Daim, a daughter of former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin, is scheduled to be charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Tuesday, April 7, under Section 36(2) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009 for failing to declare assets. Her statement was recorded at the MACC headquarters for five hours on Monday, April 6, as part of the "Op Godfather" investigation, which targets offshore companies and assets linked to Tun Daim and his associates.
