French financial newspaper Les Echos has recognized GT Company, a specialist camera firm based in Chessy, as the country's top-performing company over the last decade, achieving an impressive 78% average annual growth rate from 2014–2024. GT Company's sales surged from €195,892 to €61.6 million by forging strategic partnerships with established brands like Kodak and AgfaPhoto to create retro-styled digital and instant cameras, and also producing cameras for NASA. The rankings, which focus on organic growth for independent French-headquartered companies with substantial sales increases, also highlighted Atrium Capital, a medical and industrial equipment financing firm, in second place with 71% annual growth, and Cyclamen, a metal recycling company specializing in non-ferrous metals from household waste incineration, in third place with 63% growth.
