Homelessness charity cuts ties with Sharon Osbourne after support for Tommy Robinson rally 13h ago

Homelessness charity Centrepoint has severed ties with television personality Sharon Osbourne following her public declaration of support for an upcoming rally organized by right-wing activist Tommy Robinson. Osbourne indicated her attendance at the "Unite the Kingdom" event on Instagram, prompting the charity to state that any future collaboration is unlikely. Centrepoint clarified that such political involvement conflicts with their core values of supporting young people irrespective of their background and ensuring an environment free from fear and full of opportunity. Osbourne had previously been associated with Centrepoint through fundraising initiatives, though she was not an official ambassador. The "Unite the Kingdom" rally is scheduled for May 16 in London.
