A motorcyclist named Benet Kawit, 39, tragically died after a cement mixer collided with him at the traffic light intersection of Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce in Sibu on Tuesday, April 21. The incident occurred at approximately 10:10 am, and emergency services were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered Kawit beneath the cement mixer and he was pronounced dead by paramedics. The Fire and Rescue Department personnel assisted the police in carefully removing the victim's body using a stretcher before it was handed over for further investigation.
