Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), a private not-for-profit institution based in New Jersey, is set to open its new Vancouver campus at the Oakridge Park mixed-use development next month for the Fall 2026 term. The 70,000-square-foot facility will replace and consolidate FDU's two previous downtown Vancouver locations, offering students a more modern and unified learning environment with expanded services and new academic programming. The campus will feature dozens of classrooms, computer labs, semi-wet science labs, and communal areas, designed by the Vancouver office of architectural firm Perkins&Will in collaboration with property owner QuadReal Property Group.
