Clinical AI provider Aidoc has successfully raised $150 million in a Series E funding round, exclusively revealed to Axios Pro by CEO Elad Walach. This significant investment, led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives' growth equity division with participation from General Catalyst, SoftBank Investment Advisors, and NVIDIA's venture capital arm NVentures, brings Aidoc's total funding to $520 million. The company, dually headquartered in Israel and New York, utilizes its AI technology to analyze medical images like CT scans and X-rays, flagging incidental findings for applications such as emergency department triage and identifying abdominal abnormalities. Funds will be directed towards navigating regulatory approvals and developing a comprehensive AI model, with a potential IPO targeted in three to five years. Aidoc's technology has secured 31 FDA clearances and is deployed in nearly 200 U.S. health systems and over 1,600 hospitals globally.
