«التعليم العالي» تناقش ردم الفجوة بين "الأكاديمي" وسوق العمل 07.05.2026

عقدت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الاجتماع الافتتاحي لمجموعة عمل الطاقة المستدامة والمياه، وهي إحدى المجموعات الثماني المنبثقة عن اللجنة الاستشارية للتعليم العالي ومهارات المستقبل. يهدف الاجتماع إلى ردم الفجوة بين التعليم الأكاديمي واحتياجات سوق العمل المتطورة، بمشاركة ممثلين عن 12 مؤسسة تعليم عالٍ وخمس مؤسسات اقتصادية رائدة مثل أدنوك وطاقة. تركز المجموعة على تطوير برامج أكاديمية متوافقة مع المهارات المطلوبة في مجالات الطاقة والمياه، وتعزيز التعلم التطبيقي، وتوسيع فرص التدريب العملي. وأكدت المناقشات على أهمية مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي مع التحولات السريعة في القطاعات الاقتصادية، وبناء المهارات المرتبطة بالاستدامة وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة، لدعم تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية.
