Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, has officially announced his campaign team for the party's National Chairman race. Following extensive nationwide consultations, Wontumi unveiled a team designed to foster unity, grassroots mobilization, and secure victory in the 2028 general elections. Key appointments include Kwasi Ameyaw-Cheremeh as Campaign Chairman and George Boahen Oduro as Campaign Manager. The team also features prominent figures such as Sarah Adwoa Safo, Stephen Amoah, and George Mireku Duker, alongside other experienced political leaders. Wontumi expressed confidence in their collective ability to conduct a disciplined, issue-driven campaign focused on strengthening the party.
