'90 Day Fiancé' star separated from child across border after brain bleed 23h ago

'90 Day Fiancé' star Armando Rubio revealed he is unable to be with his 13-year-old daughter Hannah during a serious medical emergency after she suffered a brain bleed. In a vulnerable Instagram video posted on July 15, Rubio explained that a doctor in their small town in Mexico recommended Hannah be airlifted to a center in Arizona for specialized treatment. Rubio and his husband, Kenny Niedermeier, agreed to the transfer due to the severity of her condition. However, Rubio said he could not obtain a humanitarian visa at the U.S. border, as authorities told him such visas have not been available for two years. Under USCIS guidelines, humanitarian parole is discretionary and requires supporting documentation, but submission does not guarantee approval.
