The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, during which an exchange of fire took place between the accused and a police team in the Khoda area. The suspect, a resident of Khoda, was wanted in connection with the stabbing of the Class 11 student, who passed away on Friday while receiving medical treatment for his injuries. The accused was taken to a hospital after being injured in the encounter but succumbed to his wounds during treatment.
