هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات تلغي العقد مع شركة كورك وتوقف جميع عملياتها » وكالة بغداد اليوم الاخبارية 03.06.2026

أعلنت هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات العراقية، يوم الثلاثاء 2 حزيران 2026، عن إلغاء عقد التسوية المبرم مع شركة كورك تيليكوم، وإيقاف جميع عملياتها واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية والفنية بحق أصول الشركة وموجوداتها. جاء هذا القرار استناداً إلى إخلال الشركة بالتزاماتها التعاقدية وعدم امتثالها لمتطلبات العقد، رغم منحها فرصاً كافية لتسوية أوضاعها المالية والتعاقدية. وتؤكد الهيئة أنها ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ القرار، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة، لحماية المال العام وحقوق الدولة والمواطنين، مع تحميل شركة كورك كامل التبعات القانونية والمالية. كما دعت الهيئة جميع الجهات والمواطنين إلى عدم إجراء أي تعاملات جديدة مع الشركة.
