147,880 parents of children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and their supporters are participating in a March of Gratitude on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. This event is described as a demonstration of gratitude, unity, and victory, honoring individuals and Iliauni University students, who organized a marathon that mobilized funds. The march began at the Rustaveli metro station and will conclude at the Chancellery. Following discussions with the parents, a working group will be formed to address the provision of essential medicines for children affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
