Kyrgyz honours Emirati volunteer for Sharjah Airport role 11h ago

The Kyrgyz Republic has awarded Emirati citizen Qasim Ahmed Al Murshedi a Certificate of Honour and a medal for his voluntary humanitarian contributions, specifically for facilitating the repatriation of Kyrgyz nationals through Sharjah International Airport. Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, presented the award during a ceremony attended by Mohammed Salmeen, head of mission of the Kyrgyz embassy in the UAE. Al Murshedi's key role involved establishing direct communication channels and streamlining procedures with various entities, including the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, Airport Security at Sharjah International Airport, and Air Arabia. Kyrgyz officials praised his efforts, highlighting them as reflective of the UAE's global reputation for generosity and humanitarian support, particularly during crises, and Al Murshedi expressed his gratitude, attributing the recognition to the UAE's leadership and its founding father's legacy of humanitarianism.
