This follows his 2023 congressional testimony where he alleged the recovery of non-human "biologics" and materials from crash sites. The group is demanding the release of government files related to alleged encounters, including the 1996 Varginha incident in Brazil. While some lawmakers support the disclosure movement, citing the public's right to know and the need for accountability in spending, a recent Pentagon review by the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office found no evidence of recovered extraterrestrials or technology.
