Mayweather was represented by an attorney during a Monday court appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court, with a subsequent hearing scheduled for September. These legal issues coincide with other financial disputes, including a New York lawsuit regarding unpaid Manhattan apartment rent and conflicts with several jewelers. Despite these challenges, Mayweather recently announced his return to competitive boxing, with a scheduled appearance for the “Battle of the Legends” match in Athens, Greece, on June 27.
