Albania is expected to close the first three chapters of its European Union accession negotiations today during the 9th Albania-EU Intergovernmental Conference held in Brussels. The Albanian delegation, led by Prime Minister Edi Rama, will formalize the closure of Chapter 25 (Science and Research), Chapter 26 (Education and Culture), and Chapter 30 (Foreign Relations), areas in which Albania is considered to be aligned with EU standards.
