In Argentina, the aguinaldo or Supplementary Annual Salary (SAC) is an expected institution equivalent to 50% of the highest salary of the semester. However, for the growing number of remote workers providing services to foreign companies, this traditional figure does not exist. In its place, performance bonuses, objective-based incentives, and extraordinary recognitions emerge, which according to specialists can represent between 10% and 25% of the annual salary, generally distributed on a quarterly basis.
