An Amber Alert was issued for three siblings, Dalia (6 weeks old), Nael (18 months), and Eline (2.5 years old), who were abducted from Épinay-sur-Seine on February 19th. The youngest, Dalia, suffers from a congenital heart condition requiring urgent medical attention within 48 hours and potential surgery. The children were to be placed in child protective services, and their parents are considered suspects. The alert was lifted late Saturday when Dalia was found alive in a hospital in Lille. Congenital heart defects affect approximately one in one hundred births in France, often diagnosed within the first month of life, with 86% of associated mortality occurring before this age.
