Alleged killer claimed to be in Bali before Melbourne arrest over ex-wife's death 09.04.2026

Eva Lasrini's daughters, Adeline and Vanya, were expecting her arrival in Bali last Wednesday, but she never appeared, prompting them to contact her ex-husband, Allen Keys. Keys, who allegedly claimed to be in Bali at the time, was arrested at Melbourne Airport on Friday as he attempted to board an international flight. Lasrini's body was discovered on Saturday beside the Princes Freeway in Little River, south-west of Melbourne. The 53-year-old mother of two had been working to fund her daughters' university education in Australia. Keys, 67, has been charged with her murder, with his case scheduled for a court appearance in August.
