Animal Rescue Cyprus (ARC) in Paphos is facing a critical shortage of volunteers and a protracted legal dispute over its land, leading to an urgent appeal for public support. The non-governmental organization, which includes a veterinary clinic and international affiliations, has seen a significant increase in animal intake compared to the previous year, alongside a 90% decline in volunteer numbers.
