Arab Parliament condemns hostile Iranian statements against UAE 07.05.2026

The Arab Parliament, through its President Mohamed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, has vehemently condemned hostile Iranian statements directed at the United Arab Emirates, labeling them a dangerous escalation and a violation of international norms. These remarks are seen as an aggressive attempt to undermine the UAE’s sovereignty and question its steadfast positions. Al Yamahi highlighted that such inciting rhetoric reflects Iran's ongoing aggressive approach, which fuels regional tensions and destabilizes security. He asserted that the Arab Parliament stands resolutely with the UAE, considering its security, stability, and sovereignty a red line. The Parliament urged the international community to pressure Iran to adhere to principles of good neighborliness and cease actions that threaten regional security.
