To use the feature, customers navigate to the “My Account” section, select “Pension Account,” then choose “Change Fund” and confirm their selection. The app also displays the total amount of pension savings accumulated. The available fund types are Balanced, Fixed Income, and Conservative, each with distinct investment strategies and risk levels. If no fund is selected, the system automatically assigns a Conservative fund with a medium risk level. Customers are advised to consider their years until retirement and the fund’s risk when choosing.
