A meeting on April 15 at the BMA Command Center addressed safety measures, with 1,521,589 people participating in events at 16 key locations. Silom Road was particularly crowded, hosting 652,974 individuals from April 12 to 14, with daily attendance sometimes surpassing 140,000. The period also saw 16 accident fatalities across Bangkok.
