Cafetaria Tolberg in Roosendaal will close its doors on February 27th after nearly sixteen years of operation. Owners Jimmy and Xiuhui, who took over the business from their parents, are seeking a quieter lifestyle and have cited staff shortages as a contributing factor to the decision. The cafeteria, which began as a small fry shop and later expanded, has built strong customer relationships that Xiuhui will miss. The new owners are set to open their own Big Bread business, offering luxury fries and sandwiches, on March 1st.
