The Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) has established a three-member committee to evaluate the environmental and infrastructural damage caused by a temporary cattle market. This market was situated on vacant land in Bou-Bazar, adjacent to Sectors 16 and 18 of Uttara Diabari, and a field in Sector 18's C-Block, near the Dhaka Metro Rail corridor. The committee's mandate includes inspecting waste buildup, assessing damage to trees and vegetation, and evaluating the impact of vehicle traffic on roads under the Uttara Center Metro Station. The committee is expected to present its findings within three working days.
