The CGT, along with the two CTA and various sectoral confederations, has agreed on a "French-style" plan of struggle that prioritizes street mobilizations over general strikes. The protest schedule will begin on July 22 with a march in front of Congress in support of retirees, followed by a demonstration in front of the Ministry of Economy to denounce the debt burden on SMEs and families. The agenda also includes a mobilization on August 7 for San Cayetano Day alongside UTEP, an action for Industry Day on September 2, and a protest in November during the Pope's visit. The objective is to denounce the economic plan of the Milei administration and seek solidarity from other social sectors, including a possible teachers' strike in August, to strengthen national union organization.
