The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, met today at the Presidential Palace with the re-elected President of the Parliament, Annita Demetriou. Mr. Christodoulides congratulated Ms. Demetriou on her re-election and expressed his belief that the excellent cooperation between the executive and legislative branches will continue, emphasizing that common challenges require cooperation for the benefit of the citizens.
