Saturday's match between Paraguay and France is scheduled to kick off at 5:00 p.m. ET in Philadelphia with temperatures exceeding FIFPRO's recommendations for safe play, as a heat dome settles over large swaths of the U.S. and parts of Canada. The U.S. National Weather Service warned that the heat dome could see heat indices reach 105 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit in parts of the Midwest and East Coast, affecting many World Cup host sites.
