However, Indecopi's Commission of Distinctive Signs rejected the request on June 5, 2025, finding insufficient evidence of infringement. This decision was upheld by Indecopi's Intellectual Property Appeals Chamber on January 7, 2026, definitively dismissing the request for an immediate cessation of use, although the main trademark infringement process remains ongoing.
