Carers for Stray and Abandoned Felines (CSAF), a non-profit organization in Bormla, is appealing for urgent public assistance after a power outage that began Monday night has left its shelter without electricity. The shelter cares for stray and abandoned cats, many of whom are ill, recovering from surgery, or undergoing treatment. On Tuesday, CSAF posted a video on Facebook showing cats panting heavily and appearing exhausted due to the heat.
