Cour d’appel de Tunis | La demande de remise en liberté de Saadia Mosbah rejetée 02.06.2026

La Cour d’appel de Tunis a rejeté, ce mardi 2 juin 2026, la demande de remise en liberté de Saadia Mosbah, présidente de l'association Mnemty. La Chambre criminelle a également décidé de reporter le procès, portant sur des accusations de blanchiment d'argent, au 19 juin. Saadia Mosbah avait été condamnée en première instance en mars dernier à huit ans de prison et une amende de 100 000 dinars tunisiens. La militante, qui nie les accusations, a fait appel de cette décision, dans l'espoir d'une issue favorable lors de la prochaine audience. L'affaire concerne la présidente de l'association de défense des droits des personnes de couleur.
