The Federal Chamber of San Martín, composed of judges Juan Pablo Salas, Marcos Morán, and Marcelo Darío Fernández, has overturned the injunction that kept the 'Volver al Trabajo' program active, the successor to Potenciar Trabajo. The ruling nullifies the order from the Federal Court of Campana, which required the Ministry of Human Capital to continue monthly payments of $78,000 to more than 900,000 beneficiaries nationwide. The magistrates considered that maintaining the transfers constituted "an anticipation of the final verdict" and recognized the Executive Branch's authority to define and terminate social programs.
