The Second Permanent Criminal Appeals Chamber of Huancayo has confirmed the ruling imposing 18 months of pretrial detention on 15 individuals investigated for alleged crimes of computer fraud, aggravated receiving of stolen goods, and others, linked to the alleged organization known as "Los Tecnológicos del Mantaro." The decision was issued via Resolution No. 26 on July 3, 2026. The panel declared the appeals filed by both the Public Ministry and the investigated parties to be unfounded, thereby confirming Resolution No. 13 dated April 15, 2026.
